IMPORTANT: NEW SECURITY MEASURES FOR 2016 

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

All spectators at the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank will be subject to a visual inspection and metal detection screening upon entering Uniprix Stadium. Spectators with bags will be subject to a more thorough inspection and will be asked to open their bag. To reduce wait times at the gates, Tennis Canada suggests that spectators:

  • Arrive at least one hour before the matches get underway (Note: As of session 3, Uniprix Stadium opens at 11 a.m., 90 minutes before the matches get underway.)
  • Bring the fewest items possible
  • Follow orders given by Security

The following items are prohibited. Spectators in possession of the following items shall be denied entrance to Uniprix Stadium and the items may be handed over to authorities.

  • Animals (except guide dogs)
  • Bladed weapons, blunt objects and bullets
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Bottles, cans, Thermos bottles and all other containers
  • Flash photography, camera lenses with a focal length greater than 70 mm and recording equipment
  • Bags and coolers larger than 30”x 30”x 30”
  • Drugs and other illegal substances
  • Skateboards and in-line skates
  • Monopods and tripods
  • Laser pointers
  • Tablets and laptops
  • Portable radios and televisions larger than pocket size
  • The distribution of documents or other material and the sale of merchandise on site
  • Political or promotional material visible to other spectators
  • Any object that may compromise public safety or jeopardize the tournament

Uniprix Stadium and Tennis Canada reserve the right to amend the Code of Conduct, the regulations, the list of prohibited items and the policies and procedures at any time and without notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Customers are advised that the prices, schedules of play, session dates, number of matches and start times are subject to change without notice. No exchanges or credits will be issued when a schedule of play is changed. Priority is granted to WTA matches and every attempt will be made to play all scheduled matches.

  • A ticket constitutes a revocable, non-transferrable license for personal use that cannot be resold. Tennis Canada reserves the right to revoke the license granted by the ticket, with or without cause.
  • Any falsification or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
  • Should the event be cancelled and not rescheduled, tickets will be exchanged pursuant to the conditions set forth by Tennis Canada. Should the event be relocated due to inclement weather or for any other reason beyond the control of Tennis Canada, the organization shall inform customers of how to proceed.
  • The ticket is void when it is reported stolen in a sworn statement made to law enforcement authorities.
  • The use of this ticket is subject to the rules and regulations in effect at the venue.
  • The ticketholder assumes all risks of personal injury and property loss and damages and shall not hold Tennis Canada liable for any such injury or damages before, during or after the event.
  • Tennis Canada reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual whose behaviour is inappropriate by expulsing the ticketholder from the venue. An expulsion cancels the ticket, and the ticketholder waives any claims for damages, including ticket reimbursement.
  • Upon entering the site, the ticketholder authorizes Tennis Canada (and its delegates and representatives) to use his/her image, likeness, actions and statements in audio and video recordings, photographic documents and any other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction of the event for commercial or promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.
  • The collection, dissemination, transmission, publication or distribution of scores or statistical data pertaining to a match for commercial or betting purposes is strictly prohibited at all times during a match (from start to finish). The continued use of laptops and other mobile communication devices at the venue in the areas reserved for spectators and near the courts where matches are taking place is strictly prohibited. The only exception to this rule applies to accredited media, official exhibitors at the venue and tournament staff in the course of their employment.
  • While cameras are accepted on site, the use of flash photography during matches is strictly prohibited.
  • Tennis Canada asks that ticketholders take photos from their seat or behind the ramps so as not to disturb other patrons.
  • Tennis Canada reserves the right to expulse or refuse entry without compensation to ticketholders who do not comply with these regulations.

Tennis Canada management reserves the right to remove from or refuse entry to the premises those visitors breaking any law or regulation, without compensation.

ROGERS CUP PRESENTED BY NATIONAL BANK 2016 INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY – Montreal

Patrons are advised that the schedule of play as well as session dates, number of matches, and starting times are subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes to the schedule of play.

The following policy applies to individual session tickets purchased directly through Tennis Canada.

Please note that the following tickets are exempt from this policy and are not eligible for credit or exchange:

  1. All Boxes, Seats on Court, Level 200 Series and Press Gallery Series (as Subscribers of record have access to all Centre Court matches through tournament completion);
  2. All National Bank Series (as Subscribers of record have access to all National Bank matches);
  3. All tickets issued as Complimentary;
  4. All tickets purchased through any auction, resale or secondary outlet
  5. All tickets for sessions # 13 through # 15.

TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CENTRE & NATIONAL BANK COURTS (Please read above to determine if your tickets are eligible for exchange)

If one (1) WTA match is completed or 90 minutes of continuous play has taken place in any one session, that session is considered complete and therefore no exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued.

In the event that less than one (1) WTA match or less than 90 minutes of continuous play is completed due to weather or other acts beyond our control, any tickets not listed in the exemption list above may be used, by the original purchaser, as a credit (ticket value of paid tickets, less processing and delivery fees) towards a future session of tennis of the same year’s event. Patron must pay all difference in price. In the event that all remaining sessions are sold out, the Box Office will inform patron of available options. Please keep original tickets.

Press Gallery:   Despite the rain, the Press Gallery restaurant will remain open. Only ticket value of paid Press Gallery tickets will be credited to the original purchaser. Food & beverage portions will not be credited.

Private Suites

A session is completed when:

One match is completed or there has been 90 minutes of continuous play.

Under the above conditions, there will be no exchanges, credits or refunds issued.

In the event where less than one match is completed, or if there has been less than 90 minutes of continuous play, the following conditions apply:

CENTRE COURT

  1. Private Suites on Centre Court – sessions 3 to 14 inclusively
  • There are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
  • Private Suites won’t be closed due to rain. Private Suites will stay open and you will be able to welcome your guests even if it rains.
  • Only the value of the ticket portion of the Private Suite will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year’s event.
  • The original purchaser will be contacted after the tournament by a Tennis Canada Account Representative
  1. Private Suites on Centre Court – session 15
  • There are NO EXCHANGES, CREDITS OR REFUNDS.
  • Private Suites won’t be closed due to rain. Private Suites will stay open and you will be able to welcome your guests even if it rains.
  • The tickets for session 15 will be valid to access the Suite’s seats for the rescheduled match ONLY. However, parking passes won’t be valid for the rescheduled session.

NATIONAL BANK COURT

  1. Private Suites on National Bank Court – cancelled sessions
  • There are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
  • Private Suites won’t be closed due to rain. Private Suites will stay open and you will be able to welcome your guests even if it rains.
  • Only the value of the ticket portion of the Private Suite will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year’s event.
  • The original purchaser will be contacted after the tournament by a Tennis Canada Account representative.
  1. Private Suites on National Bank Court – rescheduled sessions
  • There are NO EXCANGES, CREDITS OR REFUNDS.
  • Private Suites won’t be closed due to rain. Private Suites will stay open and you will be able to welcome your guests even if it rains.
  • The tickets on level 200 of Centre Court for the rescheduled session will be valid for the rescheduled match ONLY. However, parking passes won’t be valid for the rescheduled session. The Private Suite    will not be available for the rescheduled session.

Complimentary Private Suite: no exchanges, credits or refunds issued.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RESALE OF TICKETS ON GROUNDS OF UNIPRIX STADIUM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
