Rain Policy

If one match is completed or there has been 90 minutes of continuous play on Centre Court in any one session, that session is considered complete and therefore no exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued. There are no exchanges for Premium Series tickets, President's Club Series tickets, Champions Packages or complimentary tickets.

In the event that less than one match is completed or there has been less than 90 minutes of continuous play on Centre Court due to weather or other events beyond our control, all paid Level 100 and Level 300 Session tickets may be exchanged by the original purchaser for a session on the following day or the paid ticket value (excluding processing and delivery fees) may be used as a credit towards a future session of tennis at the same year's event. If Sunday finals is cancelled/rained-out, Sunday tickets will be honoured for the rescheduling of the session.  Parking and lounge access is only available for the original sessions purchased. Exchanges take place on site at the Box Office only. All exchanges are subject to availability.

The ticket portion of paid Executive Suites will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year's event. Each purchaser will be contacted following the event.
