Inclement Weather Policy

A session is complete when:
1. One match is completed OR
2. There has been 90 minutes of continuous play

Under the above conditions, there will be no exchanges, credits or refunds issued.
In the event where less than one match is completed, or if there has been less than 90 minutes of continuous play, the following conditions apply:

Box, Series and Complimentary Tickets:
NO exchanges, credits or refunds.

Session tickets on Centre Court and National Bank Court - Sessions 1 to 12:
Tickets can be exchanged for another session, subject to availability. All differences in price must be paid by the ticket holder. In the event that all sessions are sold out, the Box Office will inform the client after the tournament of the type of compensation offered.

Session Tickets on Centre Court - Sessions 13, 14 and 15:
NO exchanges, credits or refunds.
Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled matches.

Press Gallery Seats:
NO refunds. Sessions 1 to 12: Tickets (value of "ticket portion" only) can be exchanged for another session. The food and beverage portion will not be credited.
Sessions 13, 14 and 15 : NO exchanges, credits or refunds.
Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled matches.

Private Suites:
NO REFUNDS. No Private Suite will be cancelled because of the rain. The suites will remain open and you can welcome your guests despite the weather.

Centre Court Private Suites, Sessions 3-14 inclusive/National Bank Court Private Suites, cancelled sessions:
Only the value of the "ticket portion" will be credited to the original purchaser for next year's tournament. A Tennis Canada representative will contact the original purchaser after the tournament.

Centre Court Private Suites, Session 15:
The suite passes for Session 15 will be valid for the make up date ONLY. The parking passes will not be valid for the make up date.

National Bank Court Private Suites, Rescheduled Sessions:
Level 200 tickets on Centre Court for the rescheduled sessions will be valid for the rescheduled matches ONLY. Parking passes will not be valid for the rescheduled match.
