2009 Rogers Cup presented by National Bank Rain Policy
Cancelled session definition and rain policies are as follows (Centre Court & National Bank Court)• If a Day or Evening Session is ended BEFORE the completion of ONE match, then the session will be considered cancelled;
• If ONE match is completed, during a Day or Evening Session, there are NO exchanges and NO refunds.
A. Executive Lounge Tickets
• The above rain policies apply to Executive Lounge Tickets;
• There are NO REFUNDS;
• The face value of the Session ticket will be applied towards the 2010 Rogers Cup presented by National Bank to the original purchaser;
• The original purchaser will be contacted after the tournament.
B. Individual Session Tickets (Session # 1-14, inclusive)
• The above rain policies apply to Individual Session Tickets (Sessions # 1-14, inclusive);
• There are NO REFUNDS;
• If a session is rescheduled, and the client decides to attend, his/her Session ticket(s) will not be exchanged or refunded.
• If the client cannot attend the rescheduled session, his/her Session ticket(s) can be exchanged for a session during the 2009 Edition of the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank. (Face value of the ticket without taxes and service charges);
• The client must pay all difference in price;
• No refunds or credits will be provided if face value of tickets for cancelled Session exceeds face value for tickets obtained via exchange.
• For exchanges to the 2010 Edition of the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank, ticket holders must submit a written request along with their actual tickets by OCTOBER 1st, 2009 and sent via registered mail to:

• Tennis Canada cannot guarantee ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location;
• Tennis Canada reserves the right, in its discretion, to process ticket exchanges directly;
• All ticket exchanges are final, and there are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS.
C. Individual Session Tickets (Session 15 – Finals)
• The above rain policies DO NOT apply to Individual Session Tickets (Session # 15– Finals);
• Tickets for Session # 15 - Finals will be valid for the rescheduled match only.
• There are NO exchanges and NO refunds.
C. Box, Series, Belvedere, Complimentary tickets, as well as parking and all other passes:
• The above rain policies DO NOT apply to Box, Series, Belvedere, Complimentary tickets, as well as, parking and all other passes;
• There are NO exchanges and NO refunds.
