2010 Rogers Cup presented by National Bank Rain Policy
Inclement Weather Policy (Centre Court & National Bank Court)A session is complete when:
1. One match is completed
OR
2. There has been 90 minutes of continuous play
Under the above conditions, there will be NO exchanges, credits or refunds issued. In the event where less than one match is completed, or there has been less than 90 minutes of continuous play, the following conditions apply:
A Box, Belvedere, Series and Complimentary Tickets
• There are NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS
B Executive Lounge Tickets
• There are NO REFUNDS;
• Ticket portion ONLY, will be credited to the original purchaser for the tournament the following year.
• The original purchaser will be contacted after the tournament by a Tennis Canada Account Rep.
C Individual Session Tickets (Sessions # 1-14, inclusive)
• There are NO REFUNDS;
• EXCHANGES ONLY;
• Individual Session tickets for Sessions # 1-14 may be brought to the Uniprix Stadium Box Office the week of the tournament, and exchanged for the face value of the ticket, for select sessions, subject to availability, for the 2010 Rogers Cup presented by National Bank;
• No refunds or credits will be provided if face value of tickets for the cancelled Session exceeds face value for tickets obtained via exchange;
• The client must pay all difference in price;
• If all sessions for the 2010 Edition of the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank are sold out, his/her Session ticket(s) can be exchanged for a session to the 2011 Edition of the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank. (Face value of the ticket without taxes and service charges);
• In the event of exchanges for the 2011 Edition of the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank, ticket holders must submit a written request along with their actual tickets by OCTOBER 1st, 2010 and sent via registered mail to:

• Tennis Canada cannot guarantee ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location;
• Tennis Canada reserves the right, in its discretion, to process ticket exchanges directly;
• All ticket exchanges are final, and there are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS.
D Individual Session Tickets (Session 15 – Finals)
• The above rain policies DO NOT apply to Individual Session Tickets (Session # 15– Finals);
• Tickets for Session # 15 - Finals will be valid for the rescheduled match only;
• There are NO exchanges and NO refunds.
