Lost and found
The lost items recovered on site will be brought to the central information kiosk. Any items that are not claimed by the end of the day will be left at the reception counter at IGA Stadium. It is therefore possible to claim an item lost on a previous day.
The bags that are not allowed on site or which you do not want to carry may be left at the bag check. There are two bag check kiosks: at the Gary-Carter and North gates.
Free public Wi-Fi is available on site. Select the WiFi de la Coupe Rogers network.
Several smartphone charging stations are available on site, courtesy of Rogers.
There are two National Bank ATMs on site: at Centre Court Access 1 and the central information kiosk.
Free daily programs are available at the information kiosks. Enjoy the special features and find out about the day’s match schedules, activities, draws and more.
IGA Stadium can accommodate ticket holders with limited mobility.
Wheelchair seating is available on Centre Court (levels 200 and 300) and National Bank Court. Please contact one of our representatives to reserve your ticket.

Centre Court is equipped with an elevator to facilitate access to the wheelchair seating. The spaces on National Bank Court are accessible via the ground floor.
Please note that there are no wheelchairs available on site, and ticket holders with limited mobility must bring their own.
There is a very limited number of disabled parking spaces on Rue Gary-Carter. They may be accessed with a valid government issued permit. There is also a drop-off point for ticket holders with limited mobility. When you arrive on site, speak with one of the parking attendants, who will be happy to help.
